Cilantro has a bad reputation, simply because 4% to 14% of people perceive that it tastes like bath soap. You either like it or you don't. If you are not one of these unlucky people, than use this Chinese herb to your heart's desire. Its intense taste makes it a great addition to Mexican, or especially to asian dishes. Cilantro is also great to use in salads or marinades.
