Cilantro has a bad reputation, simply because 4% to 14% of people perceive that it tastes like bath soap. You either like it or you don't. If you are not one of these unlucky people, than use this herb to your heart's desire. Its intense taste makes it a great addition to Mexican, or especially to asian dishes. Cilantro is also great to use in salads or marinades.
Cilantro has already been used 5000 b.c. and seeds were also found in ancient Egypt, even in the grave of Tutankhamun!
Cilantro loves light, first leaves can be harvested after the second week of growth already.
Time to first harvest in Herbert: 4-8 weeks
Traditional farming: 9-11 weeks
