Lollo Bionda and Lollo Rossa are just the high society cousins of regular salad. They have fancy curly leaves, with a pinch of bitterness. These curls also serve a practical function by catching more salad dressing. This variety has a beautiful, bright green color and a nice, compact and round form. Use, you guessed it, in any and every salad.
Lollo Bionda is the green version, Lollo Rossa its red counterpart. A combination of both makes for a very pretty living picture in Herbert. But we are not growing in Herbert to only look at the plants, we are growing in Herbert to eat fresh and healthy vitaminbombs!
